- environmental engineering, including its socio-humanitarian aspects
COVE together with University Science Park TECHNICOM is aimed to fulfill the following functions:
- ensure the establishment of business incubator for Start-up or “Spin-off” companies generated from research and development (R&D) outputs within universities and the broader innovation ecosystem, , supporting innovation-driven entrepreneurship in the region.
- Strengthen collaboration between universities, companies, and industry to develop innovative solutions that address regional social and economic challenges.
- Promote continuous skills development through education, training programs, and workshops that equip individuals and businesses with new knowledge and competencies.
- Serve as the primary contact for students, citizens and companies seeking partnerships with academic and innovation teams, providing tailored consulting and access to expertise in emerging technologies.
