SECOVE Presented at KA1 Training Event in Piraeus

On June 5th, 2025, the SECOVE project was presented at a KA1 mobility training course in Piraeus, Greece, bringing together 10 participants from various European educational backgrounds. The event, titled “Creativity in a Digital World,” was organised by IDEC and took place at its training centre in Piraeus, offering a unique opportunity to explore how digital creativity and vocational excellence can reinforce each other.

The presentation of SECOVE introduced participants to the project’s mission: building a network of national Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) in Greece, Spain, Slovakia, Italy, and Portugal, focused on the sustainable energy sector. The connection between the two was shown through how VET requires both technical and sustainability skills, as well as and digital competences.

The event also highlighted the importance of open educational resources and collaborative platforms, core features of the SECOVE Portal, which serves as a central hub for communication, resource sharing, and community building.
