Κοινότητα Πρακτικής Κέντρων Επαγγελματικής Αριστείας
Οι επικεφαλής των έργων όλων των Κέντρων Επαγγελματικής Αριστείας Erasmus έχουν ενώσει τις δυνάμεις τους στην Κοινότητα Πρακτικής CoVE. Σε αυτή την κοινότητα οι επικεφαλής των έργων ανταλλάσσουν εμπειρίες, εμπνέουν ο ένας τον άλλον και προσπαθούν από κοινού να βρουν λύσεις για κοινά ζητήματα που αντιμετωπίζουν κατά την υλοποίηση των Κέντρων Επαγγελματικής Αριστείας. Με τον τρόπο αυτό, οι επικεφαλής των έργων αλληλοϋποστηρίζονται και κανείς δεν χρειάζεται να ανακαλύψει εκ νέου τον τροχό. Η Κοινότητα Πρακτικής CoVE είναι μια πρωτοβουλία από και για τους επικεφαλής των έργων CoVE και η συμμετοχή είναι εθελοντική. Επιπλέον, η Κοινότητα Πρακτικής συνεργάζεται στενά με άλλα ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη και φορείς χάραξης πολιτικής στον τομέα της ΕΕΚ και της τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης.

The aim is to raise awareness and promote understanding of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Participants will explore key concepts like unconscious bias, inclusive language, and practical ways to create a more inclusive environment. The session combines presentations, interactive activities, and group discussions to equip attendees with actionable tools to promote equity and inclusion.
Φόρουμ για την επαγγελματική αριστεία 2024, Λυών
Το Φόρουμ για την Επαγγελματική Αριστεία είναι μια πρωτοβουλία των επικεφαλής των έργων όλων των Κέντρων Επαγγελματικής Αριστείας Erasmus, που συνδέονται μέσω της Κοινότητας Πρακτικής των CoVEs, σε στενή συνεργασία με άλλους βασικούς ενδιαφερόμενους φορείς στον τομέα της Επαγγελματικής Αριστείας. Το φετινό Φόρουμ φιλοξενείται από το γαλλικό Υπουργείο Παιδείας, το γαλλικό Campus de Metiers et Qualification και διοργανώνεται σε στενή συνεργασία με την Tknika, την Katapult, την Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή, την EACEA, τις ενώσεις ΕΕΚ EfVET, EVBB, EVTA, το ETF και την WorldSkills.
Το SECOVE θα συμμετάσχει στο φόρουμ του 2024 με το εργαστήριο «Ένταξη στην τεχνική ΕΕΚ: πώς να προσελκύσουμε περισσότερα κορίτσια»
