Development of VR Modules
All partner teams involved in this task have successfully completed the updating of theoretical content and the development of their respective question sets. In addition, we have finalized the Matterport virtual tours for all selected topics and are currently in the final translation phase, preparing to launch the SECOVE e-learning platform.
This platform is designed to offer learners a modern, engaging, and accessible digital learning experience. It provides comprehensive knowledge and allows prospective students to both learn and certify their skills in key areas of the green transition — including Renewable Energy Sources (photovoltaic systems), Smart Homes, and Green Roofs.
Each learning module will combine theory, instructional videos, and immersive VR (Virtual Reality) tours, enabling students to explore real-world environments in an interactive way. This task will result in a deliverable that will remain open and available online well beyond the end of the SECOVE project, with the potential to evolve dynamically through the addition of new material on other renewable energy technologies and energy efficiency topics.
The platform will be a valuable tool not only for students in the participating countries — Greece, Spain, Portugal, Slovakia, and Italy — but also for companies and professionals who wish to strengthen or test their knowledge on cutting-edge energy transition subjects.
As the translation phase is completed, we look forward to welcoming as many learners as possible to the SECOVE e-learning platform, where innovation meets hands-on education.
